EQ Registered Nurse
The EQ Registered nurse is available to train staff who have students with specialised health needs. It is the teacher’s responsibility to attend to minor issues. All students requiring nursing services will require a nursing referral form (PDF, 132 KB) to be completed by school staff and parents.
If a student requires a health plan the Nurse will prepare this and issue to responsible staff. Five copies are made. One is sent to office, original remains with the nurse, one should go to AB and one should be displayed in the student’s class folder. The other is available for school outings etc.
